 Remember the importance of getting a good night of rest. it is recommended that you get at least 6-8 hours of sleep each night. Getting a good night of sleep can improve your brain function. It can also strengthen your immune system. Not getting a good night of sleep can increase your risk of chronic disease like heart disease, stoke, or type 2 diabetes. It is important to get a good night of sleep especially with the changing weather, I can boost your mental health as well!
